Late & Missed Appointments
Late Appointment Arrivals
We understand that your time is valuable. We will do our utmost to see your child on time. At times, the provider will run late due to unexpected emergencies and unforeseen urgent visits. Likewise, it is important for our patients to be on time. If you are late, patients will be worked into the schedule at the discretion of the provider. While calling the office to inform us is always appreciated, it does not guarantee that the doctor will be able to see you; alterations in visit time and provider may be necessary for urgent visits.
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment time as updating insurance and medical information may be required prior to you office visit.
We request 24 hours notice for appointments to be rescheduled; this provides the office staff sufficient time to schedule another patient in this time slot. If you should miss an appointment, our office staff will attempt to contact you regarding rescheduling.
